Hi, I’m Matt—teacher first, builder second. Working in SEMH, I kept running into the same problem: tools that create admin rather than remove it. So I began designing my own, starting with Excel automations, forms and QR workflows, then moving into the Power Platform.
My approach is classroom-first, UX-driven. I start with the real task and constraints, then design the shortest path to done. If something takes three taps, it becomes one. If a report confuses parents, I rewrite it. The result: small apps that speed up daily routines—behaviour logs, weekly PDFs, targets, and subject trackers—built on Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
Crucially, everything lives in your Microsoft 365 tenant, protected by your policies and Microsoft’s security. No new data silos, no external vendors holding your information.
If your school uses Microsoft 365, I can help streamline processes, improve parent engagement, and add those “nice-to-have” features without the big-vendor price tag.
Take a look at the portfolio to see what’s possible—and if you’ve got a specific pain point, I’m happy to prototype a fix.
